Abel's Flooring LLC is based off Oak Grove Drive on the Spotsylvania County side of Fredericksburg, so this is the town where we spend the most time, know the neighborhoods best, and can usually get on site the fastest.
Near Spotsylvania Courthouse and the surrounding battlefield district, we do a lot of oak floor refinishing in older homes mixed with newer construction. Out along Courthouse Road and Smith Station Road, the housing stock is mostly 1990s and 2000s subdivisions, where the most common call is swapping worn builder-grade carpet for waterproof LVP in living rooms and hallways, or refinishing the original oak that's still under a rug in the dining room.
